The Process

1. SEND
Secure Document Upload (Preferred)
Send documents for conversion in real-time via our secure server.
- Use the "Sign In" link at the top of the page to access the EDGAR Filing Service.
- Complete the form to process and send your document.

Email
Email your documents to File@EDGARfilings.com as attachments. The following information must be provided along with any instructions to efficiently expedite your request:
- Subject: Company and SEC Form type
- Preference Format: HTML or ASCII
- Turn-around time: Request the time to receive review copy
- Contact information of all parties involved, Telephone and email.
- Filing codes: (CIK and CCC codes, if not on file with EDGARfilings)
- Filing date: The date you plan to file with the SEC

Confirm
Once EDGARfilings receives the document, you will receive a confirmation of receipt via email.

2. REVIEW
The EDGARized document will be returned for review within the requested turnaround time. Inspect the submission and review the content. Notify EDGARfilings if changes are required. Send any changes and instructions by email to File@EDGARfilings.com or by fax to 713.626.8857.

3. APPROVE
Send us your approval. Upon receiving written authorization, the document will be LIVE filed with the SEC. You will receive confirmation of the LIVE filing from EDGARfilings and directly from the SEC EDGAR system.
Important note: To better ensure that documents are filed in a timely fashion with the SEC, written authorization is required to be LIVE filed. EDGARfilings accepts authorization via email at File@EDGARfilings.com, fax authorization at 713.626.8857, or, in urgent situations, your voice can be recorded at 713.621.1897.
