Positions Available

• Sales Representative - Responsible for generating new software and service business for the company. Target public filers, understand their needs, and make outbound prospecting calls. Identify decision makers and schedule remote or in-person product demonstrations. Conduct these demonstrations, identifying key features and benefits of EDGARizer, EDGARizerX, and other products. Address obstacles to adoption and ensure an excellent overall customer experience.
• Document Conversion / EDGARizer - Convert clients' SEC filings from source format to EDGAR format and file EDGAR documents with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. Maintain attention to detail, accuracy, and speed in completing assigned projects. Become familiar with specific clients' styles and also with the variety of common SEC form types.
• Senior .NET Developer - Responsible for building complex software and tools that assist in the management of software development projects, SEC forms and policies and model solutions around SEC EDGAR system. Develop, maintain & execute test cases for new and existing software applications. Execute implementation plans within internal development group. Design and coordinate processes to help manage statuses and trends of various projects with respect to changes in scope schedule and quality. Analyze system specifications and translate system requirements to task specifications for junior programmers. To apply for this position please reference number J#362.
